I am so happy to have found Vickie Michael and Barbara Forgione that I wanted to share my experience and impression with others. First, I am cautious by nature and discovered Barbara Forgione after a year of searching for the right salon. Vickie Michael put me at ease with her peaceful and serene nature. She listened well and then guided me gently to trust her, the result was the best haircut I have had in years, if not ever. I was so uplifted by the experience that I immediately scheduled a hair color appointment. I had the privilege of having my color done by Barbara Forgione herself. Barbara's artistry gave me not only a naturally beautiful color but also hair that shines and glistens. I love it. My words feel limited but from my heart, the artists at Barbara Forgione Salon, are generous in sharing their talents and I feel blessed to have found them!

I learned two very important lessons recently, never let your un-licsensed sister highlight your hair and never go to a salon other than Barbara Forgione's!!! I have been meaning to go to her salon for 2 years now but with 2 very small children and a new business I just never could find the time. Well after my sister turned my hair into a creamscicle I knew I finally had to make the time! From the moment I sat in Barbara's chair I knew I was in good hands. Very to the point and with a no fluff approach she got down to buisness asking me what I wanted but more importantly telling me what she thought would be best for my coloring and what could be realistically done for my first visit. I came in with hot orange roots and big white highlights, but I left with the most natural looking golden blonde I've always dreamed of having. Unbelievable. You can tell that her knowledge and understanding of color comes inately to her. That stuff cannot be taught. You either have it or you don't. This woman has it! And I am confident that anyone she hires is an authentic artist in their own right, the place is beaming with creativity and passion. I will never stray, she's got me as a client for life!!!

Wow- what a great experience. Found this salon on the web and looked at the stylists bios before making an appointment.
Was kinda nervous, since I'm new to town and had no direct recommendations on where to get a good cut/style. I'd also like to mention that I haven't changed my hairstyle in years.
When I went into Barbara Forgione's Salon, I felt very comfortable with the surroundings and friendly staff. I liked my stylist, Cassandra Kenney, so much that I surprised myself and totally changed my look. I couldn't believe the result! I was very pleased.
Cassandra is talented, intuitive and down-to-earth.
This was the best experience I've had in a long time, as far as wanting to make a change in my look and having the confidence in the stylist's ability to do it!
